• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do!
  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Custom order information

  Please be specific on what you would like. You can send me pictures & links or other details that will help me create your case/accessory for you. I will provide layout pictures of your un-finished item to make sure you are satisfied with the way it looks before it is set & ready to ship. If you do not provide me with enough detailed information, I will be making your case based off my creativeness. 

• Decoden case information

  Everything I make is 100% handmade, items in my shop may come with slight imperfections. Please keep in mind that decoden cases are an accessory and not a protective case. If you have any questions or concerns, Please don't hesitate to ask me questions.

  I am not responsible for any damage that you cause to your case or accessory. Once you receive your item(s) it becomes your responsibility, Thank you.
